Misinformation
Misinformation spreads faster than ever in today’s digital world, blurring the line between truth and falsehood. From social media posts to online news, false or misleading information can distort public opinion, deepen divisions, and erode trust in credible sources. At RealMedia, we aim to help people think critically about the content they encounter—identifying bias, checking sources, and understanding how algorithms can amplify misinformation. By promoting media literacy, we empower individuals to make informed decisions and become responsible digital citizens.
Scams
Online scams and cyber threats have become a growing danger in an increasingly connected world. Scammers exploit trust, urgency, and technology to steal money, data, and personal information. From phishing emails to social media impersonation and fake investment schemes, no one is immune. RealMedia focuses on educating communities about how to recognize, prevent, and recover from these attacks. Through workshops and outreach, we teach practical cybersecurity habits—such as verifying sources, protecting personal data, and using strong passwords—to help people stay safe and confident online.
